Wash out period of 2 weeks from SSRI to TCA (5 weeks for fluoxetine)
TCAs
Imipramine, clomipramine, amitriptyline, nortriptyline
Widened QRS following OD is pathopneumonic for TCA OD - treat with bicarbonates
