-accelerates metabolism of warfarin (monitor INR)
-absorption decreases with food (1hr ac or 2hr cs)
-oral contraceptive ineffective

A
-LFT (elderly and daily alcohol)

-repot: fatigue, N/V, numb, fever, anorexia, depression, jaundice
-monitor therapeutic effects
