One dose for other worms

Used to be available as prescription, now OTC
-All intestinal round worms covered by pyrantel and mebendazole

MOA: against arthropods
-Scabies: use w/ topical treatments

A
MOA: Opens Ca channels, result in tetanic contraction of worms and vacuolization of the integument
- Kills tapeworns
- Skin invading cercariae and larval schitosomes are not affected
