Ans1 Flashcards
What is the organs have alpha1 receptos?
1, most vascular smooth muscles
2_smooth muscles of git,urinary system.
3-pupillary dilator ms.
What is the organs organs that have beta1 blockers?
Heart,kidney
What is the organism that have alpha 2 receptors?
Adrenergic and cholinergic nerve terminals.
What is the organ that have beta 2 receptor?
1-respiratory system. Broncodilatation.
2- uterine ,and vascular smooth ms
3-liver to increase glycogenolysis.
what is the organs that have M1 receptors?
1- Stomach to increase Hcl
M2 receptors exist in :
1-Heart to decrease heart activit.
Type of autonomic receptor in uterine
Beta 2
Type of autonomic receptor in the it is the respiratory system
beta2
Type of sympathetic resptors in GIt ,and gall bladder
Alpha1
What are the organs that have M3 receptors
1- smooth ms of GIT , urinary system…contraction
2-Blood vessels……..V.c
3- Bronchoconstriction
in Thyrotoxicosis increased sensitivity of ……..
Beta receptors
متي نستخدم الnourepiniphrine
acute hypotensive states as spinal anthesis
كيف نعطي الأدرينالين والنور ادرينالين
1-adrenaline :I.m or sc or topically
I V in cases of cardiac arrest
2- noradrenaline :l.v by fusion (caution)
Selective Beta1 agonst is
Dobutamine
Selective beta 2 agonists is :
Salbutamol,terbutaline,salmetrol ,ritodrine
A Drug used to induce uterine relation and delay preterm labour
Ritodrine
Alpha adrenoreceptor agonists are:
Phenylephrine,methoxamine ,medodrine
Fate of adrenaline and nore adranaline:
1-reuptake %80
2 -20% metabolism
What are the enzymes response responsible for metabolize of adrenaline and Nore adrenaline?
MOA:monoamine Oxidase.
COMT:Catechol O methyl trasfese
Tyes of autonomic resptors in the heart
Sympathetic: beta one
But a sympathetic:m2
What are adverse effects of adrenaline,
Adverse effects
• Rise in blood pressure,
• Anginal pain from excessive cardiac work and strain.
• Arrhythmia.
• Cerebral hemorrhage.
• Sever vasoconstriction resulting in gangrene of extremities and tissue necrosis with repeated administration.
What ere the contra indications of adrenaline,
• Hypertension.
Ischemic heart disease.
• Arrhythmia or with digitalis: epinephrine can worsen the arrhythmia and even precipitate ventricular fibrillation.
Thyrotoxicosis: because patients with thyrotoxicosis have increased sympathetic overactivity (tachycardia, tremors, anxiety, etc) due to increased sensitivity of ẞ receptors.
Effect of adrenaline in the eye:
Contraction of pupillary ms (mydrasis)
Reduce intraocular pressure
In the anaphlactic shock adrenaline reduce bronchial secretion by ….1..
And cause b.d through….2… receptos
1 alpha one
2 beta 2
The dose of adrenaline in anaphylactic shock and the adminstration
Dose: 0.5ml (1:1000)
Adminstration I.m
لماذا نستخدم الادرينالين مع المخدرات الموضعيه؟
Diluted concentration (1:10000)
V.c ~reduce absorption & prolong
Reduce bleeding
Drug that we can’t use adrenaline with
Digitalis
ليه مينفعشي ندي noreadrenalinr
Orally
S.c
I.m
Orally :not absorbed
S.c or I.m severe v.c and may cause ncrosis
