A
- TFT, LFT, U&E, CXR prior to treatment
- TFT, LFT every 6 months

What are the adverse effects of amiodarone?
A
- hypo & hyperthyroidism
- pulmonary fibrosis/pneumonitis
- liver fibrosis/hepatitis
- ‘slate-grey’ appearance
- bradycardia
- lengthens QT interval
