Donepezil is metabolized by? Has to be taken?

Rivastigmine is metabolized by? Has to be taken?
Cholineterases. 2X/day.

P450. 2X/day, 1X/day for ER strength.

Excreted unchanged in the urine. Dosed 2X/day.
