بِٱلدِّين

أَرَءَيتَ ٱلَّذِى يُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّين

Answer 4

Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense?

Vois-tu celui qui traite de mensonge la Rétribution?

Question 5

فَذَٰلِكَ

Answer 5

then that

Question 6

ٱلَّذِى

Answer 6

(is) the one who

Question 7

يَدُعُّ

Answer 7

repulses

Question 8

ٱليَتِيم

Answer 8

the orphan

Question 9

فَذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِى يَدُعُّ ٱليَتِيم

Answer 9

For that is the one who drives away the orphan

C’est bien lui qui repousse l’orphelin,

Question 10

وَلَا

Answer 10

and (does) not

Question 11

يَحُضُّ

Answer 11

feel the urge

Question 12

عَلَىٰ

Answer 12

to

Question 13

طَعَامِ

Answer 13

feed

Question 14

ٱلمِسكِين

Answer 14

the poor

Question 15

وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلمِسكِين

Answer 15

And does not encourage the feeding of the poor.

Et qui n’encourage point à nourrir le pauvre.

Question 16

فَوَيلٌ

Answer 16

so woe

Question 17

لِّلمُصَلِّين

Answer 17

to those who pray

Question 18

فَوَيلٌ لِّلمُصَلِّين

Answer 18

So woe to those who pray

Malheur donc, à ceux qui prient

Question 19

ٱلَّذِينَ

those who

Question 20

هُم

Answer 20

[they]

Question 21

عَن

صَلَاتِهِم

Answer 22

their prayers

Question 23

سَاهُون

Answer 23

(are) neglectful

Question 24

ٱلَّذِينَ هُم عَن صَلَاتِهِم سَاهُون

Answer 24

[But] who are heedless of their pray

Tout en négligeant (et retardant) leur Salât,

Question 25

ٱلَّذِينَ

those who

Question 26

هُم

Answer 26

[they]

Question 27

يُرَآءُونَ

Answer 27

make show

Question 28

ٱلَّذِينَ هُم يُرَآءُونَ

Answer 28

Those who make show [of their deeds]

Qui sont pleins d’ostentation,

Question 29

وَيَمنَعُونَ

Answer 29

and they deny

Question 30

ٱلمَاعُون

Answer 30

[the] small kindness

Question 31

وَيَمنَعُونَ ٱلمَاعُون

Answer 31

And withhold [simple] assistance.

Et refusent l’ustensile (à celui qui en a besoin).
