- A person can be jogging for 45min without stopping, this would be effective but boring.

Form of continuous training

- this can be used when you are going for a sprint or a jog

This where an athlete performs a period work(this may vary each time 30sex - 5min) followed by rest and recovery (rest normally decreases - walking/jogging)
Vox max - 60%
- weight training 10 reps of 3 sets
- running followed by rest
