Why should u be cautious in shady areas in cold weather?
Bc ice might not be melted in shady spots
Why should u be cautious on bridges/overpasses in cold &/or wet weather?
Bc they lack insulation from the ground, theyre more likely to be icy
Why should u be cautious when temperature is close to 32°?
Bc surface of ice may b wet & even slipperier
Why should u b cautious when it 1st starts raining on hot days?
Bc the heat can make the oil in the asphalt rise to surface so Rd can b xtra slippery till oil is washed away
