accessibility: only people with access to a particular record or group can see posts and the record activity feed.
thread: other people can comment on a post, and the conversation will be organized in a thread
what happens when you Post a file in record chatter feed?
if a file is posted on a record in chatter feed, it is automatically added to the notes and attachments related list and stored files
what is a draft post?
posts can be saved as drafts. all unpublished feed items are saved as drafts until they are published or they are deleted.
how can you pin a post in a feed?
posts can be pinned to the top of the feed to increase visibility of critical information
what is linking a record
when posting or commenting in chatter, users can link relevant records by entering a forward slash (/) and typing the record name
