- Metabolic: insulin resistance/ diabetes mellitus

- Musculoskeletal: prognathism, frontal bossing, acral enlargement, widened teeth spacing/ jaw malocclusion, arthropathy, carpal tunnel
- Cardiovascular: hypertension, heart failure, sleep apnea
- Neuro: HA, fatigue
- Neoplastic: colon polyps, thyroid nodule
