Edward Seton was guilty, so Wargrave wasn’t his murderer, so logically, he had to be THE Murderer
Red Herring- connected with Dr. Armstrong’s death (drowned, herring is a fish), so he must have been tricked, and the only person Dr. could have trusted was the Justice, so he must be the murderer
