  • history taking
  • stool culture for vibrio cholera
  • rectal swab for vibrio cholera
  • ELISA for rotavirus
  • BUSE for dehydration

Management

A
  • ORS to correct fluid and electrolyte loss
  • IV therapy (Ringers Lactate/ Normal Saline)
  • antibiotics
  • after complete antibiotics, rectal swab 3 days
