To provide prompt and efficient response during an emergency on JAA property or planned exercise event on Jacksonville International Airport (JIA) property and to outline the communications process between the JIA, FRCC, and Station 16.
Fire Related Calls at JIA
Fire related calls will include any fire occurring in a structure, aircraft hangar, ____ facility, ___ ___ ___ Tower, or on ___ property.
When a fire related call originates on Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) property and is relayed to the ____ ____ Control Center (AOCC) via landline (904-741-2040), the ____ Dispatcher will dispatch Station 16 via the ___ ___ line (crash phone). This phone call will initiate the _____ of Station 16’s bay doors and the ____ ____ System will automatically broadcast the call information throughout the station. Station 16 and JAA Dispatch will be the ____ parties on the line. The information related to the call will be provided to Station 16 and response will commence. Question 2

Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) Related Calls at JIA
In the event of an ARFF related call, the Air Traffic Control Center (ATCT) will contact Station 16 via ring down line (crash phone). Station 16 will receive the information and respond to the scene. Station 16 will notify FRCC on ____ of the call type and needed response. The ____ ___ will contact FRCC via the ring down line and relay the details of the call. This is a ___ call ONLY to ensure they are aware of the incident and should not be relied on to initiate the dispatch of additional units to ARFF incidents. Medical Calls and All Other Emergency Calls
Medical calls include any medical emergency that originates at a location on ____ property, and is relayed to the ____ via landline (904-741-2040).

Non-Emergency Status Changes
