PURPOSE
To provide for the safety of JFRD personnel by providing clear guidelines for rehabilitation and documentation at emergency incidents.
GENERAL
Members shall undergo rehabilitation and rest for a minimum of ____ minutes following the complete use of a single ___ minute self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) or ___ minutes of ____ work ___ SCBA. REHAB OFFICER
The Rehab Officer (normally the Rescue Chief) shall be responsible for the following:
• Maintain communication with the Incident Commander (IC).
• Request through ____ extra Rehab supplies or personnel as needed
• FRCC will dispatch a unit to pick up and deliver the requested supplies to the Rehab Area when directed by the ___ or Rehab Officer

REHAB UNIT OPERATOR
Upon arrival at the scene:
• Locate ___ ____ as directed by the Rehab Officer.

DOCUMENTATION AND OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES
