If you release a flowsheet record, you must create a new version to make further changes.

Menu Descriptor: This is where you add a button ﴾item E2U﴿ or a different menu to use instead of the one listed in the Menu to Extend column.
What does a “No” mean in OVERRIDE? field in the ROLE EDITOR?
“No” if you are trying to ADD a button to an existing menu.
What does a “Yes” mean in OVERRIDE? field in the ROLE EDITOR?
“Yes” if your new menu should replace ﴾override﴿ the existing one.

How do you test a user role record?
You must completely exit and re‐launch Hyperspace. Logging out and back in is not sufficient.
Who does a SYSTEM DEFS PROFILE affect?
Everyone in the system.
Who does a LOCATION PROFILE affect?
Everyone working in a particular hospital or clinic.
Who does a DEPARTMENT PROFILE affect?
Anyone who logs in to the EMH Anesthesia department can be affected by this profile.
Who does a SEC CLASS PROFILE affect?
Anyone who has the AN Physician EpicCare security class attached to their User Template can be affected by this profile. Since the security classis specific to anesthesiologists, this profile allows for different profile settings for different anesthesia provider types.
Who does a USER LEVEL PROFILE affect?
Anesthesiologists are NOT affected by user‐level profiles because a profile at that level is not necessary in most cases.

Your providers don’t like the positioning flowsheet that appears when they select the Position button in the toolkit. What steps must you take to have a new flowsheet appear?
1) Create a new flowsheet (or modify an existing one).
2) Attach the flowsheet to the Position button (item E2U).
3) Make sure the updated position button is listed either directly in the toolkit or a submenu
4) Make sure the updated toolkit (menu E2U) is listed in the appropriate user role(s)
5) Make sure the user role is linked to the right users or user templates.
How do you configure a flowsheet template so a timeline doesn’t appear when that flowsheet opens in the Intraprocedure Activity?
In the flowsheet template, on the Display form, mark Single Column Template.
In what field of an E2U button record do you attach the flowsheet it will link to when a user clicks that button?
