What rank is allowed to grant exceptions for officers or sergeants who want to work SOSP who have not completed the BWC training?
An assistant chief in field operations may grant exceptions in exigent circumstances
What is needed to be a replacement officer for a specialized unit
The replacement must possess the requisite knowledge current training and expertise necessary to fill the position.
