Accurate
Correct with no errors
Relevant
Has a bearing on the user’s needs.
Complete
All information required is present
Reliable
Information is from a trustworthy source
Valid
On time, complete, accurate, up to date, reliable.
Biased
A one-sided view, it could be correct but but ignores alternative view points.
Comparable
Can be compared with similar information eg annual sales of two phone companies Samsung vs Apple
Good information
Aids decision making, helps innovation, helps to mitigate risks.
Poor information
Poor decision making, loss of reputation, loss of customers, loss of finance.
