What does a leader do?
A: Leaders set the vision and communicate it to their team. Leaders are force multipliers, making sure work is focused in the right place, provide tools and remove roadblocks to make work more effective, and they are responsible for the people who get the work done.
What does a change agent do?
A: Change Agents lead people through periods of uncertainty. Change is about daily habits. Change has both logical and emotional components. Leading change requires both technical skill and social support.
What are the four main categories for active listening?
A: Four main categories: Head space, Nonverbal, Verbal, and Informed response.
What is psychological safety
A: The belief that one will not be punished or humiliated for speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns, or mistakes, and the team is safe for interpersonal risk taking
