A: Blatantly Obvious, Brainstorming, and Structured
What are the following voices: VOC, VOQ, VOB, VOP?
A: Voice of customer, voice of quality, voice of business, and voice of process
What are some methods to “hear” the voices (VOC, VOQ, etc.)?
A: Stake holders, feedback surveys, sounding boards, random conversation, Go Look, Look for patterns and themes, and ask good questions (open ended and listen to understand)
What is the pizza rule?
A: If you can’t feed the group with one pizza, it is probably too large
How long should a brainstorming session take (Max)?
A: 30 minutes
During brainstorming, what does it mean to “prime the pump”?
A: Bring ideas to the meeting, don’t start with a blank board, communicate the objective, look for ideas, not solutions

A: A tool to help prioritize input variables (project selection)
