As a business expands, non core activities will be given to another company to complete to achieve greater productivity

cons= culture clash

What is dismissal?
Being fired because of absenteeism, misconduct or theft of money. No payment intilited
What is redundancy?
When workers jobs are no longer exist due to lack of business, you receive a pay out
What is a trade union?
An organisation with members who are employees, they exist to promote interests of their members
