What are the pros and cons of multiskilling?
Pros= less staff needed
motivates workers
increase efficiency
Cons= workers are not as specialised at one thing
What are pros and cons of full time work?
pros= more highly paid
access to more holiday
loyal to the business
Cons= less flexible then part time
What are the pros and cons of part time work?
Pros= good way to keep costs down
flexible to demand
seen as attractive
Cons= may not be as loyal
work more then one job
