A
Body waves, flow through the earth’s body. Fastest waves. Push through crust, mantle and core

60% speed of P waves. Only travel through solids. Move in sideways motion, shaking crust and mantle.

Smaller earthquakes frequenting after the main earthquake. Can occur for up to years after the first waves hit.
