Reynold’s pentad - Charcot’s + hypotension + altered mental status

epigastric, improved after eating
MC causes (2) of acute pancreatitis
alcohol, gallstones

lab test that indicates pancreatitis
elevated lipase or amylase
tx of acute pancreatitis
NPO, IVF, opiates

appendicitis
