- Intraporfessional collaborative practise – interactions within the same professions e.g doctor in acute hospital setting working with general practitioner in a primary care setting
What is interprofessional collaborative practise?
• Members of different professions and or agencies work with each other, and patients/service users to provide integrated health/social care
