What is a stakeholder?
A stakeholder is a person, group or organisation that has interest or concern in an organisation.
Give 7 examples of stakeholders.
1) Creditors
2) Directors
3) Employees

7) The community from which the business draws its resources
Are all stakeholders equal?
Not all stakeholders are equal. A company’s customers are entitled to fair trading practices but they are not entitled to the same consideration as the company’s employees.

What is utilitarianism?
When designing a new system, we usually try to design it for the greatest good for the greatest number of people. This philosophical approach is called utilitarianism.
