It’s one of the most lasting work in the earliest 16th century. Also appears in other countries. Plenty of personifications are used.
Good Deeds are neglected till almost the end, and it’s the strongest support.
What can you say about “A Satire of the Three Estates”?
Represents conflict between upper, middle and lower classes.
Theft, Deceit and Falset are hanged in the end (personification + allegory).
What event started a new era of dramatic literature?
After Lindslay’s “Three Estates” was performed at the Scottish court.
