A multidimensional syndrome of emotional and physical exhaustion, reduced sense of accomplishment and sport devaluation

What is overtraining
Overtraining is training beyong the level ideal for maximal benefit
What is the difference between overreaching and overtraining
Overreaching is like short term overtraining without too many bad effects
the key difference is time for recovery
What is the difference between burnout and overtraining
Overtraining is only sport overdoing
There is no direct relationship between training volumen and burnout
–> non training stressors are important for burnout
