-Levothyroxine (T4) or T3
-Hydrocortisone 100 mg IV
-Dextrose-containing fluids
-Passive rewarming
*Start treatment if the diagnosis of decompensated hypothyroidism is suspected; do not wait for laboratory confirmation.
