A

The EFBs can be updated wirelessly from a Terminal Wireless LAN Unit (TWLU), the TWLU continas a radio transmitter and receiver creating a LAN between aircraft and ground network.

The EFB can only be updated wirelessy when the aircraft is parked at the gate.
