Define Movement
going around and changing physical location and position changing in a slow or fast way.
Define Effort
The main and overall factor of movement. Time and flow are pieces to the whole of this and it combines all aspects of movement so that a person can have a better understanding of movement.
Define Flow
This allows us to understand the free ability to express emotion or the containment of that same emotion.
Define Time
Allows us to understand the timing of a movement, whether as a quick surprise or intentional and thought-out-movement.
Define Sustained Time
Movements refer to movements that are drawn out, lingering, leisurely, and gradually.
Define Sudden Time
Movements refer to movements that are quick and/or rushed
Define Spatial Awareness/Perception
The ability to understand the relationship between one’s movements and the objects in one’s surrounding environment.
