affordable fashion -> low cost in production and distr.
low cost -> minimal stock
minimal stock -> JIT
Total Quality in three steps using ZARA example:
trend and affordable fashion ->short lead times
short lead times -> minimal inspection and rework
minimal inspection -> Zero defects (Total Quality)
