PINOT NOIR taste
Medium high acidity, medium body. Low to medium tannin
Strawberry, raspberry, cherry. Vegetal and animal nuances: wet leaves, mushroom, game-meaty.
Oak aging can add toast and vanilla, however, the oak can easily overpower the delicate aromas.

Deep color, high in acid and tannin.
