What is the difference between a contract administrator and a clerk of works?

A clerk of works tends to be used on larger projects and inspects the works and reports to the contractor. They do not have any role in administering the contract.

At collegiate crescent how did you identify the wrong paint had been used, what paint had been used and what was specified?

Answer 2

I identified the wrong paint was being used during a site inspection.

I had specified dulux trade mould shield as it has moisture and mould resistant properties and it was being applied in a high moisture environment.

The contractor has used a leyland trade contract matt.
