Intro joke
So I’m also a traveling magician, who wants to be cut in half first?
- Custom capping

Covers the weep space so no bugs, water etc gets in
It’s maintenance free, gives nice curb appeal
- Edges
Standard: flat, plain edges
Ours: European bevel, giving nice depth and elegant look
Doubles as a track for your screen
- Screen
Standard: metal mesh that rips and tears easily, allowing bugs inside
Ours: micro memory mesh, much stronger and more durable
Do pen trick - not magic it won’t fix itself but screen is covered under warranty
- Sill
Standard: flat sill that collects tons of dirt, pollen, dead bugs. This can cause allergies to flare up
Ours: slopes sill which is essentially self cleaning because when it rains it rinses everything off it
- Last thing on outside is Leak Guard
Wind driven rain builds up water, leak guard allows it to flush out away from home through weepholes
Inside: 6. Vinyl
Standard: made of recycled vinyl. It’s cheap and over time it will fade, yellow and crack
Ours: 100% virgin vinyl which is stronger and more durable - won’t fade, yellow or crack over time
We coat it in titanium dioxide which is the primary ingredient in sunscreen
- Operating system
Standard: string or pulley system. When they start to rust or dry rot it makes them hard to operate
Ours: is called lift assist. It’s works on tension and physics similar to a tape measure

- Cleaning
Standard: usually just the bottom sash tilts in to clean, if it even has this feature at all
Ours: both top and bottom sash tilts in, making it easy to clean those second story windows

- Weather stripping
Standard: has felt glued onto the frame. Rain and humidity breaks this down and causes mold/mildew to form
Ours: has wool pile sewn into the Mylar fin. It’s impervious to hot/cold weather. Also is anti-microbial so you don’t have to worry about mold/mildew forming
- Locks - 90 vs 180
Standard: uses 90 degree lock - show how easy it is to pick
Ours is 180 degrees so you can’t pick it
10b. Lock material
Standard: plastic lock into hollow meeting rail. These are cheap and break easily making them unsafe
Ours: steel lock into steel reinforced meeting rail. It’s like having a deadbolt on every window
- Night time safety locks
They open but don’t sacrifice security
It allows you to lock your windows but still get airflow
