What are of the WILL?
Inefficacious desire, efficacious intention, consent, choice, active use, fruition (enjoyment of goal)

Judgement (it’s desirable), judgement ( it’s obtainable), counsel (deliberation), practical judgement, command, attainment of goal
What is the order?
1-4 (order of intention), 5-8 means (order of choice) 9-12 (order of execution)

Immediately and formally produced by some power or habit (love, hate)
What is a Commanded Act?
Elicited by one power or habit, but is commanded by another power or habit

Fact and law or punishment attach to violation

Person doesn’t know some substantial or accidental fact

Person doesn’t know some law, precept, or prohibition or doesn’t know punishment for transgression of law

Why and What. Why tells us purpose and what modifies effect

Do not Belong to essence of act, so exist w/o it, but which affects or qualifies it

What is first prop?
Ultimate end of man is God Himself that in all his actions man must direct himself towards God and give him glory
What is second prop?
Man finds happiness in attainment of his ultimate end, more perfect attainment of the end the greater his happiness, man does not and could not find hp in anything else
What is Hp?
Possession of perfect good which completely satisfies all man’s desires
What are forced acts?
Acts performed under influence of external violence
What are obstacles to the voluntary act?
Ignorance, fear, passion, violence, disposition, path states of body
