When will supervisor be contacted on a DV?
Felony DV occurs
Law enforcement employee of any agency is involved as a suspect or victim
Parties involved are believed to be a pimp and prostitute
Suspect has previous DV conviction and is in possession of a firearm and/or ammunition
Mutual arrest is considered.
If the parties involved in a DV are believed to be a pimp and prostitute, what will the supervisor do?
Notify the Vice Section
If mutual arrest is made, supervisor must ensure:
All efforts have been made to determine a primary physical aggressor, and that PC exist for both arrests.
