When will orders for protection (temporary or extended) be served.
A
Immediately upon discovery of the unserved order.

If the order being served is an Extended Order for Protection, what must the officer advise the adverse party?
A
That they are prohibited from possessing a firearm and/or ammunition through the life of the order. Further they will advise the adverse party to surrender all firearms and ammunition, and failure to do so may result in felony charges.
