Why To Never Get A Job Flashcards

1
Q

Limited Experience

A

You may initially gain experience, but then you stagnate. The experience you gain is only good for the same job. You gain experience from living whether or not you have a job. Instead of gaining experience which is only good when you’re trading time for money, learn to create money-making systems.

Q

Lifelong Domestication

A

Jobs teach you how to be a good pet. How’s your obedience training going? Does your master reward you for obeying commands? Are you punished if you step out of line? Humans are not meant to be raised in cages.

Q

Too many mouths to feed

A

Employees pay is the most heavily taxed. Any expense your employer has (overhead, rent, utilities, office furniture, etc) means that you have to create that much more value to cover it. You are earning money for the investors and owners. You just get what’s left over. Like a dog.

Q

Way Too Risky

A

Believing that a job is the safest and most secure way to support yourself is false. Does it sound safe to have one stream of income instead of ten? When your employer can instantly end your income by saying two words- “you’re fired”, is that safe? You can’t have security if you don’t have control and employees have the least control.

Q

Begging for Money

A

When you want more income you have to beg for more doggie treats. Does it feel nice to be thrown some extra treats every once in a while? When you run a business, you decide if you make more money or not.

Q

An Inbred Social Life

A

For many, their job is their primary social outlet. When you hang out with your friends from work who often work in the same field, conversation is boring. You end up talking about work because none of you has much of a life outside of work. Boring.

Q

Loss of Freedom

A

A job means getting trained how to dress, talk, move, and so on. Free humans don’t need rules to govern them, just principles like “Be Smart. Be Nice. Do what you love. Have fun!” There’s no need to be micro managed and to receive blanket punishment any time a fellow employee pushes the limits.

Q

Becoming a Coward

A

Have you noticed how spineless employees become? They whine and vent but don’t come up with solutions. When you are afraid to criticize your boss or speak your mind you are not free. You are your boss’ slave.

Q

Happily Jobless

A

Realize that you are paid for value not time. It takes a bit of time and energy to get a business going but the initial investment is well worth your freedom. Listen to your inner wisdom. You don’t want a job, even if everyone says you’re crazy. Years from now you’ll realize it was one of your best decisions ever.

Q

Income for Dummies

A

You only make money when you’re working? Don’t you see the problem with that? Did it ever occur to you that it’s better to earn money even when you aren’t working? If someone says you can only earn money when you work, they are probably a brain-washed employee. There is a better way. Time is worth more than money. Money is easy. Time is your life and you only have so much.
