Reisling, Chenin Blanc & Blends

A

Riesling is a white grape variety which originated in the Rhine region. Riesling is an aromatic grape variety displaying flowery, almost perfumed, aromas as well as high acidity. It is used to make dry, semi-sweet, sweet, and sparkling white wines.

Mixed in with Riesling’s fruit flavors (usually apple, peach and pear) and floral aromas is balanced acidity giving the wine its crisp, mouthwatering character and minerality adding complexity to the wine

Chardonnay

Two different styles (most diverse wine)

Oak-aged: creamy, rich
Un-oaked: lean, minerally and dry

Rosé

A

a type of wine that incorporates some of the color from the grape skins, but not enough to qualify it as a red wine.

Champs de Provence ($12): a classic dry ros with vibrant notes of red berries, citrus and orange blossom. Medium-bodied with flavorful hints of raspberry and a zesty mineral finish.
