Reisling, Chenin Blanc & Blends
Riesling is a white grape variety which originated in the Rhine region. Riesling is an aromatic grape variety displaying flowery, almost perfumed, aromas as well as high acidity. It is used to make dry, semi-sweet, sweet, and sparkling white wines.
Mixed in with Riesling’s fruit flavors (usually apple, peach and pear) and floral aromas is balanced acidity giving the wine its crisp, mouthwatering character and minerality adding complexity to the wine
Chenin blanc is a White wine grape variety from the Loire Valley of France

Pinot Gris/Grigio
Pinot Gris is a white wine grape variety of the species Vitis vinifera. Thought to be a mutant clone of the pinot noir variety, it normally has a grayish-blue fruit
J. Pinot Gris, CA ($11) this refreshing wine adds cucumber flavors to lemon zest aromas. It’s light in body, crisp and tangy in texture.
Sauvignon Blanc
Sauvignon blanc is a green-skinned grape variety that originates from the Bordeaux region of France.
Giesen, Marlboro, NZ ($11) flavoured with freshly cut herbs, scrumptious tropical fruit with subtle notes of blackcurrant leaf.
Chardonnay
Two different styles (most diverse wine)
Oak-aged: creamy, rich
Un-oaked: lean, minerally and dry
Imagery ($10): radiates aromas of apple, lime, and pear. Subtle oak and the addition of Chenin Blanc, boost this wine’s brightness and overall floral characteristics.
Rombaur Vineyards, Nappa Valley ($15): Rich and creamy, with seductive vanilla-scented oak that adds texture and nuance to the solid core of green apple, pear and melon flavors.
Rosé
a type of wine that incorporates some of the color from the grape skins, but not enough to qualify it as a red wine.
Champs de Provence ($12): a classic dry ros with vibrant notes of red berries, citrus and orange blossom. Medium-bodied with flavorful hints of raspberry and a zesty mineral finish.
