Lean Process Management
- “kaizan”- change for the better
by applying lean principles- you will decrease costs, increase production (by removing MUDA)
Total Quality Management
TQM is similar to lean process improvement that it applies to the whole organization and requires complete change.
Business Process ReEngineering
- BPR is changing n existing process completely via dramatic change in the processes.
- All other programs TQM and Lean are based on continuous quality improvement changes to processes.
Rummler-Brache
Nine Boxes Model- takes into account 3 performance objectives at 3 different levels with lean 6S principles as well.
Scrum Methodology
Scrum is a project development method using Agile Programming.
- 3 Main Phases:
a. )pre-game-
team meets up and analyzes available data and business requirements
b.)the game-
programming sprints for IT solution that the team came up with
c.)post-game-
quality measures; validation of the product occurs at this game phase.

- developed by process improvement consultants
- align customer satisfaction goals with process implementation objectives.

- finds 1 day fixes to quality/process improvement problems via chalkboard brainstorming.
