Measure: posterior buttock, along lateral thigh, to popliteal fold - (subtract) 2 inches

Measure: Widest aspect of buttocks/hips/thighs + 2 inches

Measure: Seat of chair to the floor of the axilla with shoulder flexed to 90 degrees - (subtract) 4 inches
