A

Has decentralised control with using different functional teams, encouraging communication face to face by having comfortable sofas to increase collaboration, flat hierarchy as google is getting rid of its middle managers to lower hierarchy to seize the oppurtunities more fastly, allowing employees to devote their 20% of their work time to work on their independent projects to increase creativity. However, it has also features of mechanistic organisations like performance reviews and trackers like objectives and key results to asses a staffs performance by putting nearly impossible short term goals.Followingly, in the conflict solving, it uses a hybrid approach in conflict resolution.Firslty the individuals try to solve it between themselves but if it involves violations it is reported to the superior such as project steward.

The self interest in this case would be minimise the costs in leaders perspective but they put the importance to the workers.
