Mckinsey 7s model is about implementing a change in firms which is suitable for more radical changes. It has 7s is which are soft and hard s which are structure strategy and system are more structured whereas the skill style staff, shared values are less structured and more about the culture.This model provides direction for the companies and the harmony and interconnectedness of these 7 values create effective and consistent change implementation.
