who are change agents
People who faciliate a change in the organisation to happen in all levels. They can be external or internal.Like either the senior management to other employees.
How to identify change agents
People excited and open to change. Send a questionaire to understand to understand ho would be open and who are resistant areas to focus on .

Identify people or the employees who are open to change through questionnaire

Choosing people with Emotional intelligence and emphaty and good communication skills
Internal vs external agents for change agents?
Internal-More trust to the change agent and cost efficient, dont need explanation, ensure change is continious,access to sensitive info
*Could create lack of trust, could be biased
External-fresh perspective but costly *For radical change is more suitable due to specialisation.
What is meant with change agent
Reflect on why change is needed, reflect on maurer’s.
How to engange with change agents
Have a meeting together- understand their skills to how to implement change, discuss what they need from you- information, research results, feedback from customers
How to mobilise change agents
Empower them with resources, authortiy, provide training for skills like problem solving skills and guidance.
Monitor their progress, looking at milestones, what can they improvement and constructive feedback.
What are the roles of change agents
Consulting,training and research
Consulting part of role
Consulting-Helping employees to find solutions to problems by either using external data like market changes or creating internal data from employee problems.
Training
Help members how to use data to create change by providing new skills like translating and using new data to solve future problems.
Research part
Teaching organisation members to asses the action plans implemented are effective or not.
