Myers Brigg- Personality used in business

Clifton Strengths- measures 34 talents, goes deep
DISC- personality used in bus. Dominance, influence, steadiness, compliance

TTM 6 stages
1- Pre-contemplation- not ready, no action
2-Contemplation- Thinking about change, maybe within 6 months
3- Preparation- Ready to make a change in next 30 days
4- Action- Actively working on new behavior
5- Maintenance- new behavior new normal
6- Termination- Successfully made the change
