A
They are a form of client assessment, which involves direct questioning of the client. They are for getting background information, and information on the clients symptoms.

- Cognitive and neurophysical tests (such as questionnaires, EEGs, MRI, CAT scans, PET scans)
- Behavioural monitoring
- Clinical Interviews
- Paper tests (questionnaires in writing)
