Q

How does coordination help angular velocity?

A

Using all portions of the kinetic chain in conjunction allows for peak angular velocity. If we use the momentum from each segment (upper arm, forearm, hand) we can throw further. If we transfer that kinetic energy from each segment to the next at the angular velocity peak, we are able to perform a perfect sequence and minimal velocity is lost.
