What are tips for your opening and closing?
- prepare well
2.time well- practice to have better time awareness, time well hook, main points, closing
3.know well- don’t memorize but know it so well you can say it in your sleep, practice throughout daily tasks
- deliver well-good eye contact, tone, posture
