Culture
a lifelong commitment to self-evaluation and critique, to redressing power imbalances and to developing mutually beneficial and non-paternalistic partnerships with communities on behalf of individuals and defined populations.
Cultural humility
broadly defined as the unique attributes, values, and beliefs that make up an individual when compared with the context of a group of population.
Diversity
differences in the incidence, prevalence, mortality and burden of diseases and other adverse health conditions that exist among specific population groups in the US.
Health disparities

Name some ways to reduce health disparities as an OT.
- empower and enable parents - make info accessible, strengthen interactions, communicate effectively.
